TIFEO – THE SLEEPING GIANT: THE JOURNEY HAS BEGUN

The events of the second edition of “Tifeo – The Sleeping Giant” have officially begun. The project accompanies residents and visitors on a journey to discover the Forio area through trails, nature, history, culture and traditions.
The images from the first routes mark the beginning of a journey that will continue until December 18, with new events dedicated to discovering and promoting the most evocative and authentic places in our area.

Organized by the Municipality of Forio in collaboration with Actus Tragicus.

Bocca di Tifeo Trail.

A hike completely immersed in greenery, starting from Forio and following two CAI trails, 516 and 506, all the way to the summit of Mount Epomeo (San Nicola Hermitage).
