TIFEO – THE SLEEPING GIANT: THE JOURNEY HAS BEGUN
The events of the second edition of “Tifeo – The Sleeping Giant” have officially begun. The project accompanies residents and visitors on a journey to discover the Forio area through trails, nature, history, culture and traditions.
The images from the first routes mark the beginning of a journey that will continue until December 18, with new events dedicated to discovering and promoting the most evocative and authentic places in our area.
Organized by the Municipality of Forio in collaboration with Actus Tragicus.

An Urban Trekking experience discovering Forio’s historic center and its Saracen alleyways.
The maze of narrow streets designed to confuse and fend off pirates, the watchtowers, and the works of the Maltese artist are just some of the historical traces of Forio that this tour aims to tell the story of.
